Horizon Starlines requires the contents of all shipments to be disclosed at the time of booking.  The shipper is required to provide all necessary paperwork to assure the shipment is not confiscated at border crossings by customs agents.  If your contents are questionable, or your declaration form is incomplete - Horizon Starlines reserves the right to have our internal security agents inspect the contents.  Shippers found guilty of sending dangerous, illegal or prohibited goods will be reported to the authorities and fined for misrepresentation.  If you are unsure whether your shipment contains a prohibited item, please refer to Horizon's prohibited cargo (below), and the receiving port's list of illegal items.  Horizon Starlines reserves the right to eject and destroy any of these items if they are found on board one of our freight vessels without notice to the client.
